The Challenge
A worn production floor with a short service window.
For this sample scenario, a manufacturer needs a damaged, heavily used floor restored during a planned shutdown. The work must be sequenced around facility access, completed without extending downtime and ready for production traffic when operations resume.
Scope of Work
- Degrease and deep-clean the production floor
- Mechanically grind and prepare the concrete surface
- Repair cracks, joints and damaged areas
- Apply a durable, high-build epoxy floor system
- Add safety striping around equipment and travel lanes
The Outcome
A clean, durable floor ready for production.
The finished system gives the facility a brighter, easier-to-maintain working surface with clearly defined traffic areas. A real case study could include the customer, square footage, schedule, coating system and before-and-after photography.
